I've been wrestling with this every since we 1st started doing it. Whats the best time to do it so it accomidates everyone's schedule? I dont want it to be too late for the UK but I also dont want to make it too early for pacific time. I need input from those in these time zones so I can work this out. What is too early for those of you on the west coast and what is too late for those in the UK?

Well, being in the UK, since it's a saturday, and I try to get to bed early, I would think 10pm over here, which is 5pm for EST, is reasonable. Of course, there maybe others who have a differing opinion.
