Sorry, I know lose my temper so i rage quit......... Rather then mouth of i leave........ I get too into video games im not like it in rl but it happens in video games to me.....

We all get a little flustered when we loose. Sometimes it isn't even the loss itself but just having a bad day or some a-hole I know in RL that I'm really mad at that causes me to get angry after a loss, since it's taking all my concentration not to be mad at the big stuff, the little stuff sets me off.

What I do is just try to remember that I'm the master of my own emotions and that the only one who can bruise my pride or make me feel like crap is me. When that doesn't work I just scream "Serenity Now!!"
