hey guys,

new to the forum but not to MMA! i have a couple of questions regarding the online camp options. I hope to have my broadband connection up and running in a few months and want to know what to expect so i have a couple of questions; Can you use your created camp logo in the game itself? ie. put it on a tshirt or use it as a sponsor patch on your fight shorts or your corner banner when waiting to fight? if someone visits your camp to train can you have two-player free sparring? and finally, what is the best way to upload fight footage to the PSN??

hope some one can help - i'm an ex xbox360 player so have limited experience of the way online works for the PS3.

thankyou and i hope to throwdown with some of you vale tudo welterweights in the near future...  Very Happy

Depending on what your logo is for the camp. If you create a camp, and it uses a logo that is in the game, then yes you can. If you use a camp logo that is not anywhere in the game, then sadly no (If that was the case, I would have been Black House for a while.)

Also you can do sparring sessions, most do it through online cards, but yes you can just have a practice where damage is temporary, and you can spar for hours like that.

Pitty that you went to PS3 (considering I am 360) but I have a camp mate in the league, his username is Ryan Carroll. He is a PS3 fighter, hit him up on here sometime, you can find him in Black House Academy's thread

Thanks BlazedGonzo - quick response and good info. I have lots of 360 mates that also say its a shame a went over to the darkside! I know this is not the place for a platform debate but I bought all of the 360's I ever had from new and not one of them lasted more than 6 months before it packed in! I've had the PS3 for almost a year now and it hasn't even frozen in that time!

With regards to the logos - is there anywhere I could find a list of examples or is it just a matter of doing it the old fasioned way and trying on all the shirts & shorts etc.

Thanks for the info on your camp mate also - i'll be sure to look into it... Very Happy

I am not sure where to find them online, you can find them, when you create a fighter. In the Short selection section, you can find a sponsorship list depending on what type of shorts you choose, but here is a list of some of them.

there are more as well. I just can't remember all of them.

Also as to your "which console is better?" I personally don't care what people use lol. I am on my third 360. I had a first gen, got RROD within a year, then got the second gen arcade, it lasted me just over a year, but then the Video Drive went on it. So now I am rocking the fourth gen Slim.

I know 360 are not always the most reliable, but I like Live so I stick with it. Plus PS3 has it's own version of RROD (Amber LED Fetal Error) which is not covered under a 3 year warranty, so I will stick with Live. Good luck to you though on PS3, if that is what you like.

I'm very new to this forum and game. I'm on the verge of hating this game because I'm getting my butt handed to me on the ground. I need some help. Anyone?
