Maybe I am an idiot, but can anybody help me figure out how to take the highlight clips from my profile on easportsmma.com and put them onto my computer to try and create a hype video?

difficult to do as they download as a .flv. They are then a flash video and can not be modified. You can though convert them though, this takes time though.
