" I personally thing wrestlers can be great a choke subs. Especially the Arm Triangle, D'arce Choke, Von Flue, and even the RNC. I pulled the triangle out this time, which probably most wrestlers won't do. I see us using the D'arce Choke more than any other submission then comes the arm Triangle. "One thing you gotta know about Dan is, he's a little insane. He trains with guys not one weight class above him, but in MW to even HW guys. He gets beat up a lot, but he doesn't mind it. The injuries he did receive was a pretty nasty sprained ACL, and he actually got a Cut from sparing with a guy from Thailand. He should be back for FF5."
