i know it is cheasy, but all the guys who compete in the uoc and various other leagues would come here.

We dont have a 100 cap bcuz its wack and waaay too cheesy. We've always leaned towards realism here and I dont want to change that just to get a bunch of cheesballs to join here. I doubt they will come if we change the cap anyway. Most of them are league huggers (support 1 league and dis the rest) so they wont come regardless. I'd rather stay different than the rest. It actually gives ppl a different option.
