As soon as you see your matchup please contact your opponent via pm here AND online. It would also be a good idea to start a thread in "Match Communications" with the title as the matchup (ex. FF9 your name vs their name) if your opponent hasnt already. If you dont respond to your opponent's pms or thread by Friday you will be considered a no show and get replaced.
