Standup
Explaination - There were changes in the last patch which amplified the effects of body spamming. Combo speed and stamina loss from blocking have been increased. This makes body spamming too easy to perform.Rule - You can not throw more than 3 consecutive strikes to the body. You must strike the head or take a 2 second pause before going back to the body again. If you throw 4 consecutive strikes or more you will lose a point for that round. If you break this rule twice you will be disqualified. If any of your illegal body strikes cause a KO you will be disqualified.
Clinch
Explaination - After the last patch there is now a way to deny all transition in the clinch. EA is planning to fix this in the next patch. Until then there will be a rule set in place to keep people from exploiting this glitch.Rule - You are not allowed to deny transitions from dominant clinch positions. If you deny on accident you must immediately let go. If you deny then keep holding or strike you lose a point for that round. If you break this rule twice you will be disqualified. If you deny then strike and your strike results in a KO you will be disqualified.
Ground
Explaination - The ground is now glitched after the patch. Basically there is a glitch that prevents the player from moving and sometimes blocking. It is triggered from the up/down position by kicking the downed opponent as he attempts a sweep.Rule - Do not kick a downed opponent (when you are standing and they're on their back). No punishment for doing it just know if you kick and they sweep you will be the one glitched. If the glitch happens both must stand up and the one who performed the sweep gets a free takedown into guard. If you do a power takedown instead you will lose a point for that round. If you dont get up and you KO your opponent during the glitch the win will not count.
