Sorry on my iPhone so I can't write much lol thought a lil news would help, now to quit hiding in the stock room

Arrested for "suspicion" of DUI? Wtf? lol Thats a crime? How do they not know for sure? No breath test?

Officer: "You "might" have been drinking while drunk so we're taking you in". lol Thats what you call hatin. lol

lol yea, apparently if they think you're under the influence the police officer has the right to pull you over and run a series of test in order to deem you drunk/sober. If you're arrested, the court has to find evidence etc to have a correct conviction. Sorry, I asked the same thing when I was in Law class lol

I understand that but Jones was already stopped bcuz he wrecked. The police came to the scene later and tested him which should either prove he was under the influence or not. How does "suspicion" come out of it? and what evidence could the court use to convict him besides the tests?
