For those who are wondering, here's what can be edited AFTER you are done with your career CAF.

-Hairstyles
-Tattoos and scars
-Gear
-Entrances/walkouts
-AI


Here's what you can't edit after you are done with Career.

-Stats/attributes/moves
-Fighter Banner
-Sponsors (only the ones you bought in career will show up in create a fighter, same thing goes for clothes)


My suggestion is just before your last fight, make sure you have the correct fight banner and spend all the rest of your Cred on the clothes you want your guy to wear.

Don't edit your guy after career if he fought in multiple weightclasses.

There's a bug that if you edit a retired fighter, then the guy looses all the history he did in career and is stuck in his native weightclass.

Just before your last fight, edit the guys' tats, hair, and gear the way you want him BEFORE you retire and you should be ok (if you are like me and prefer your CAFs to fight in 3 weightclasses for flexibility).

I would like to add that if you do this and retire the guy he will still have the icons to prove that he is legit, HOWEVER you will NOT be able to edit him after retiring him until THQ fixes the CAF glitch.

Also retired fighters can go be redone in career so if you like the way your CAF looks but didn't like how he turned out, you can take him back through career again to change his stats. If you edit your guy after he retires (glitching him) then you no longer have the option of taking the guy back through career cause Insta-CAFs can't do career.

How about you just dont retire your CAFs? Instead do the last remaining actions b4 your last fight then save and quit. This means do not do your last fight. If you want to edit your CAF just load career>edit>save>quit. This way you can edit at will. Or am I missing something?
