This was discussed awhile back amongst the staff but never resolved since there werent enough gripes about it. I guess because nobody here really uses it or any other cheap tactic for that mater (thanks guys). It was brought to my attention again a few days ago that we might want to go ahead and incorperate a rule for this anyway. It seems not having a rule on this has caused people not to join. Again, nobody has really abused this here so I dont think thats a legitimate reason not to join but we dont want to alienate anyone from competing here regardless so in an attempt to make everyone happy I'm going to incorperate a rule. Like always we want the playing field to feel as fair as possible. Anyway, you guys are the ones competing so this is totally up to you. Do you want a parry headkick rule?

Here is the 1st good suggestion the guys came up with. Its basically the same as the Parry takedown Rule.

~ You can only parry headkick the special strikes (overhand punch, superman punch, flying knee, spinning attacks and teep). All normal strikes are off limits.
~ If you parry headkick illegally and rock your opponent you must immediately back away to the opposite corner and let him recover.
~ If you parry headkick illegally and knock your opponent down you must immediately back away to the opposite corner and let your opponent get up and recover. You will also lose a point for that round.
~ If you parry headkick illegally and follow up resulting in a finish you will be disqualified.
~ If the fight goes to the decision and there was a point deduction the games' decision wont count. The league will decide the winner after factoring in the point deduction.

Any changes to this or other suggestions are welcome. What do you guys think?

it hasn't happened to me much, but when it does, it's annoying as heck.
