I read today that Tito is claiming to have never even touched her,he said he was trying to help her and the accusations are based on her addiction to oxycontin.

Yesh apparrently she was taking pills and tito was trying to stop her. innoccent apparently. Dana has said if he is found guilty he is getting released.
