Why do you log in but dont post or sign up for events? Whats the purpose of your membership if you're not going to fight or socialize with the rest of the community? I just dont understand it. Why even register? WTF?

its the nature of things. Funny thing is people who dont socialize or sign up for events might not even read this post either.

new members are fighting so thats a postive, but the forum side..
I understand that rp is for everyone, but if you join a league its nice to have
a little back and forth instead of you fight and then you never hear from the person again.

It happens. People leave. We need to have constant event happening to keep people interested. One match a week isnt going to keep people around.

I dont think this is the problem. If ppl cant make one match a week then how would they handle more? I mean there are active members (you included) who dont even fight in every event. The only thing setting up alot of events a week would do is cause the fighters who are active to fight each other much more often then they do now which would make things stale alot quicker.

I just chose not to fight. Havent been playing EA MMA as much. Having more Cards a week gives people options and could work around there schedule. Your asking some to change there schedule for a game.

More cards a week would definitely give fighters more options to get a fight in but it would be way more work Tracking and articales. Having a main Live event wouldn't have the same impact either.

I agree with Hall, if you get can't plan a time to get 1 fight in during the week then more fights a week isn't going to help.

Takanka is probably right in people just sign up to sign up for some reason? Doesn't really make sense but anyway. If people can't keep their interest week per week then we probably don't want them anyway.

Once the active roster gets bigger and people commuicate whats going on, WF could see whats up with the schedule(if there is a prob). Ovds mentioned before that he had issues.

I am hell bent on getting some more online practice in before I put my league record on the line again.
If martin and payne don't pull in a win soon, they will probably end up being the janitors at OMMA.

Yeah you're CHOOSING not to fight. Its not bcuz there arent enuf events. Besides I dont ever recall hearing someone say they would sign up but there isnt enuf events. Also, your last sentence is not true. We give ppl damn near a week to fight. That gives them the option to have the fight according to THEIR schedule. The only thing that you have to work your schedule around is the broadcast which is optional.

I agree with Killa Bee... one event a week is ample enough given our current active roster. This time of year is the worst for online leagues like this, people have to fulfill family commitments and such and XBL or PSN just takes a back seat. If not this week then definitely the week after things will pick up.

Ok time is enough to meet a opponent. 1 problem we had was gettin our fight recorded. Yes you can take photos but it makes it borin on the spectators side. The key is to keep people intrested in the site! Keep everything up to date. Keep the ball rolling. Interviews. Hype. It all helps. Make people want to bust filho head in for bein such a cocky fuck. Champions will also help the league.. put a target on somones back!

I'm relatively new here, so I'll have to take your word for it, but I've seen it on lots of similar group and clan sites, lots of people just join to say that their in a clan, and only get involved if they want you to help them get back at someone or something.

Just a lot of people are stupid in general. Not all, of course.

Truest statement. I am from a few leagues, and ways that they keep people active, is offering a lot of features online. The best way to keep the league active, is to keep it up to date with everything.

Also people love when they feel they have control of their fighters path in the league, you guys have done an alright job at that, but you guys need more graphics! You need cards that have not only a poster, but write ups of the fights, which can include their history in the ring or flame wars to hype the battle. You can also do articles for post event (which I see you guys are doing, which is a awesome start).

Also keep it one event a week. You don't want to be too demanding. I think if you added a second event a week, fighters would have to work their schedule to the OMMA, where as it is now, OMMA works around the fighters schedule.

You need Champions. Contenders need someone to head hunt, and champions are the perfect targets, because they can put on one hell of a show.

The OMMA also needs to find a way to separate itself from the rest of the EA MMA leagues, by having something unique about it. That is going to be the hardest thing to do.

You guys are on the right track with the league, but I think you guys need to add to it. Make fighters want to come to the forums.

Anyways that is my two cents.
